Golden Hour is not designed for agents seeking daily hand holding or guaranteed leads. Our model rewards initiative, professionalism, and accountability.

Compensation Structure

Our compensation model is intentionally simple and transparent. Agents who are fully self sourcing their business often choose our 100 percent commission structure.

• 100% commission on self sourced transactions
• $395 per closing transaction fee (compliance and admin)
• Annual transaction fee cap: $5,500
• Annual brokerage maintenance fee: $495 (waived with 6 or more closings)

This structure is designed to keep fixed costs low while ensuring proper compliance, broker oversight, and administrative support.

Mentorship for Newer Agents

For agents early in their careers, we offer an optional mentorship structure.

• First three transactions completed with an experienced mentor
• Commission shared directly between agent and mentor
• Broker does not participate in mentorship splits
• Focus on contracts, negotiations, timelines, and real world execution

This approach provides practical guidance while allowing new agents to build confidence and independence quickly.

Brokerage Support & Tools

Golden Hour Real Estate operates a lean support model, intentionally designed for independent contractors.

• Compliance document review and transaction oversight
• Broker availability for deal specific questions
• CRM and systems support as the brokerage scales
• Future company generated leads with optional alternate compensation plans

As our digital platforms grow, additional lead based opportunities will be introduced under clearly defined, optional compensation plans.

Independent Contractor Relationship

All agents at Golden Hour Real Estate operate as 1099 independent contractors. You control your schedule, marketing approach, and business strategy while operating under a licensed Florida brokerage.
