About Erich

Real estate isn’t just something I talk about. It’s something I’ve lived and built for over 20 years. Today, I personally own and manage over 130 rental units across Florida and Missouri, including single family homes, multifamily properties, and commercial buildings. Over the years, I’ve navigated everything from fix and flip projects to long term buy and hold strategies, financing structures, and portfolio growth.

I’m also a licensed mortgage broker, real estate broker, and insurance broker, which means I understand the full picture of real estate investing. Not just the properties, but also the lending, risk management, and financial strategy that make deals successful.

Before real estate became my primary focus, my background was in information systems and business. I hold a bachelor’s degree in information systems and an MBA, and I’ve worked professionally as a web developer and database administrator. That systems based mindset still shapes how I help clients today. I approach real estate decisions by weighing tradeoffs, pressure testing assumptions, and using data to reduce risk rather than relying on gut feelings or sales tactics.

My goal now is to help other investors and homeowners avoid costly mistakes and pitfalls that I’ve seen and learned from firsthand. Whether you’re buying your first property or expanding a portfolio, I help clients analyze deals, structure financing, plan renovations, and build a solid, sustainable investment strategy.

I’m a family centered guy who’s grateful every day for the life we’re building here in Florida. I’m married to my best friend, and together we’re raising a blended family with my son, two wonderful stepchildren, and our Shih Tzu who runs the house more than any of us do.

I grew up in Oklahoma and spent many years in Missouri, where I raised my son and built the foundation of my career. Eventually, my wife and I followed a dream we had talked about for years. Making Florida our home. Today, the Space Coast is where our family has found its rhythm, where we work, play, and enjoy the sunshine we used to only imagine.

Florida isn’t just where we live. It’s home in every sense of the word.
